I have an oncology appointment today. It has been over 9 years since my days of chemo/radiation/surgery for breast cancer. I am doing great except for the weight gain. This will be a question for my doctor. How can I run 2 miles a day, 4-5 days a week and not lose weight? I know I am not eating the house out! Is this what I have to look forward to in my menopause days?
I enjoy running with my husband, we are a great team running side-by-side not many couples do that. It is one of the pleasures of life that we do together. Have a good day.

Congratulations on your 9-year anniversary. I just celebrated my 7th -- I had ovarian cancer.
And the weight gain!!! DO NOT GET ME STARTED!!!
I do an hour of cardio at least three days a week, followed by a half hour of weights. I do yoga and I box and still the weight finds a home on me!!!
Blessings, Kathy
